Terms of Use

These Terms govern all versions of MathMatch and related services (leaderboard, in-app purchases, notifications). If you don't agree to these Terms, you shouldn't use the App.

Creating an account is optional and is done by signing in with Apple or Google.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and your sign-in credentials confidential; Mach Tech is not liable for activity that occurs through your account.

Mach Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

"Gold" is a virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value; it cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts or users.

Purchases are completed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's payment and refund policies; Mach Tech does not process refunds directly.

The leaderboard and competitive features rely on fair play. Using cheat tools or automation, attempting unauthorized access to our servers, or harassing other players is prohibited and may result in progress being reset, in-game currency being forfeited, or an account being suspended.

You can buy and sell master tiles with other players in the marketplace using in-game gold. These trades happen strictly between players; Mach Tech is not a party to them, doesn't guarantee prices, and doesn't reverse completed trades. Fake listings, scams, or price manipulation may result in the listing being removed and the account being suspended.

The App's source code, artwork, audio, level-generation algorithm, and all branding elements are the intellectual property of Mach Tech. Copying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from them is prohibited.

The App is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mach Tech is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms; you may also delete your account at any time from within the App.

Mach Tech may add, remove, or change features, or update these Terms, at any time without prior notice; material changes are announced in-app or in release notes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
