Mach Tech is the data controller for personal data processed through the MathMatch app under the GDPR. You can reach us at info@mach-tech.io.

We process identity and contact data (name and email shared via Apple/Google sign-in), gameplay progress data, transaction security data (purchase records), and — with your consent — your device's advertising identifier.

We process this data to provide the App and sync your account, verify purchases, prevent cheating and fraud, handle support requests, and meet legal obligations.

We rely on the legal bases set out in Article 6 GDPR: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and, where applicable, your consent.

Your data may be shared with processors that help us run the App — server hosting, purchase verification, and advertising partners — strictly to the extent necessary and under data processing agreements, which may involve transfers outside the EEA subject to appropriate safeguards.

Your personal data is collected automatically, by electronic means, when you download and use the App, create an account, and carry out in-app transactions.

Under Articles 15–21 GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
