Privacy Policy

The developer of MathMatch and the data controller for the personal data covered by this policy is Mach Tech. You can reach us at info@mach-tech.io with any questions.

You can play without creating an account; in that case, no personal data is sent to our servers and your progress is stored only on your device.

If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, and your provider's unique identifier for you.

Gameplay data: your level progress, score, unlocked master tiles, power-up inventory, and leaderboard ranking.

Purchase data: the transaction identifier and date of your in-app gold pack purchases (we never see your card details).

Advertising and device data: only with your consent, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID), used to serve ads and cap their frequency.

Technical data: device model, OS version, app version, and crash/error logs.

Age range: The age bracket you choose the first time you open the App (under 13 / 13–15 / 16 or older) is used to configure ads in line with COPPA and GDPR's digital age-of-consent rules; it's stored only on your device and never sent to our servers.

Public profile data: Your display name (from your Apple/Google account) is shown to other players on the leaderboard and in the marketplace.

To provide the game, sync your progress across devices, and run the leaderboard.

To verify purchases and credit them correctly to your account.

To detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse.

To respond to support requests and fix technical issues.

Where you've consented, to personalize ads and limit how often they're shown.

To comply with our legal obligations.

We never sell your data. We only share it with the service providers we need to run the App:

Supabase (server hosting and database), RevenueCat (purchase verification), Google AdMob (ad serving), and Apple/Google (sign-in verification).

These providers process your data solely to deliver services to us and are bound by their own privacy policies.

MathMatch includes a marketplace where players can buy and sell master tiles from each other using in-game gold, plus a competitive leaderboard.

When you list a tile or appear on the leaderboard, your display name, price or score, and transaction history are visible to other players. If you'd rather not share this, you can simply avoid the marketplace and leaderboard features.

Gold used in the marketplace is a virtual in-game currency with no real-world value; trades happen only between players, and Mach Tech is not a party to them.

If you enable notifications, we send push notifications for game reminders and inbox messages; you can turn this off anytime in your device settings.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. See "Account Deletion" below for what happens when you delete your account.

You can permanently and instantly delete your account and all associated data (profile, inventory, purchase records, scores, marketplace listings, and messages) from within the App via Settings → Delete Account. This action cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the App installed or don't have access to your device, you can also request account deletion by emailing info@mach-tech.io from the email address associated with your account; we complete the request within 30 days at the latest.

After deletion, no data remains in our systems. Records of your purchases may still be retained separately by payment providers such as Apple, Google, and RevenueCat under their own legal retention policies; those records are outside our control.

The App is rated for ages 4 and up. The age range we ask for at first launch lets us configure ads in line with COPPA and GDPR; players who select under 13 are shown non-personalized ads. We recommend parental supervision for account creation and purchases by younger players, and we do not knowingly collect more data than necessary from children under 13.

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to authorized personnel. That said, no system is 100% secure.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your data.

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes are announced in-app or in release notes.
